When the kittens were younger (which is all relative, because they're not even six months old yet), it seemed to Bill that Scratchy was always picking on Softie.
It was kind of cute – Bill had never experienced kitten behavior before and didn't know that this was normal play.
Sometimes he'd separate the two while they were playing/wrestling because he worried the occasional little yelp meant Softie was getting hurt by her bullying older brother.
I tried to point out that Softie was just as aggressive as Scratchy when she wanted to be.
Bill didn't believe me for a while, because he never saw the times when Softie was the attacker.
Softie was sneakier, not as obvious as Scratchy about her plans.
She was so tiny and cute, after all. So sweet. So innocent.
She wouldn't actually be sneaky and sly…
Would she?
A Woman-in-Training should always aim for sly and sneaky towards the men in her life. 🙂
This is brilliant. Very well-played!
those are funny- I especially like the 5th picture-the look in Softie’s eyes kills me.
