So, this morning Bill and Julia went out to pick peas.
The plants had grown so tall, Bill got the ladder for Julia.
She’s a great help.
She ate one, during the picking, and her teeth took on a bluish tinge for a little while. I didn’t take a picture. Sorry.
And here’s one of the “older” pods, with obvious little peas formed inside.
Time to answer the question – what color will the peas be?
Turns out they’re green.
After all, the name of them is Blue Podded Blauwschokker, not Blue Pea Blauwschokker.
