Oh, And by the Way

There’s a pig’s head in our fridge.

And a lot of bones, and assorted portions of the rest of the pig.  The organic, well-fed, no hormones or other yucky stuff in it, pig.

Yeah.  We start processing later today, and I’ll be sharing as much of it as I can.

Very exciting. 

And a little intimidating.

But mostly exciting.
